Is my data private and confidential?

Yes, your data is private and confidential. Unless you choose to share your files or transcripts, only you can access or modify them.

Is my data secure during transmission?

Absolutely. We enforce secure, encrypted connections ( HTTPS/SSL) for all data transfers, whether to your browser or between our internal services. Any unencrypted connections to our servers are rejected.

How is my payment information protected?

We partner with Stripe, a leading payment processor, to ensure your transactions are secure. Stripe employs advanced encryption to protect your payment details, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Is my data encrypted at rest?

Where is my data stored?

Does UniScribe use my files to train AI or machine learning models?

No, we do not use your media files or transcripts for AI or machine learning training.

Can I export my data from UniScribe?

Yes, you can download your transcripts and media files at any time.

Can I delete my data from UniScribe?

Yes, you can delete any file at any time. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered. Deleting your account will also permanently remove all associated data.
